]]>The Beaut Ute show was held on Saturday 3rd May 2008 at Caboolture, in conjunction with the Urban Country Music Festival http://www.urbancountry.com.au/ .

There were country music artists, a Best Butts competition (!) and lots and lots of utes. Old, new, modified, original, flags galore, they were there in all their incarnations.

]]>A trip to the mountain in my town to photograph hot air balloons early this morning revealed...one! And it was white, hardly the proliferation of colour I was expecting. This is what I got, plus a few ducks at the botanic gardens on the way down the mountain.
